If you are an Apple/Mac user, this training is for you! Apple Teacher certification has greatly enhanced my ability to utilize the Mac desktop effectively. I've learned to use the unique productivity features of the MacBook. MacBook Pro and the Apple platform are a powerful design for educators and technology professionals. This learning has increased my productivity, time management, and ability to create and design technology-based learning.

Mac Foundational Skills:
In foundational skills I learned all about the built-in apps Mac has for productivity and creativity which included desktop customization, spotlight, finder, launchpad, notes, and mission control.

A word processing app that taught me how to create documents, reports, newsletters, posters, and interactive books.

Keynote for Mac:
Mac’s version of PowerPoint, with Keynote I learned how to create presentations, use Apple-designed templates and animations, while adding videos, and images.
Numbers for Mac:
Numbers taught me the basics of creating spreadsheets plus organizing with charts and graphs.
GarageBand for Mac:
With GarageBand I learned how to use a recording studio that allowed voice recording, looping sounds, and even playing instruments.
iMovie for Mac:
I learned to use iMovie while recording my self-directed learning journey. It allowed me to include voice over, video recording, adding screenshots and photos plus music and transitions.
